We are excited to announce that our Phase I - Just Keep Writing section is now accessible from our Home Page! This special study area has been designed as a writing learning tool for elementary students (2nd-5th) and is also terrific for middle school students when needing a writing skill refresher. The Write Your Own aspect is having its final touches put on, to include interactive graphic organizers, and will be available in March.
We hope JKW is useful as an enhancement when your children are preparing for the statewide essay writing exam, as the content mirrors the state criteria. The cool cast of friends offer them helpful hints that will act as fun reminders when testing rolls around.

I noticed that our local elementary school is administering the statewide writing test this week, so what a great time to debut this section of the site! Writing can be one of the most difficult subject areas to teach, and I know that as a mom, I'm grateful any time I can find resources to help motivate young writers! Our family is looking forward to going through the new section!
